WTF. I re-read the OP too and it's pretty clear: She is allergic. The relatives did not ask to stay with them--they know she's allergic--until the pool house was built. The relatives think "it's only a pool house," so not The House and the dog will be fine there because... pool house. If OP also does not want the dog possibly tearing up the nice new poolhouse they saved up to build, thats an additional reason not to want the dog there, but that reason does not somehow cancel her allergy or make it into a lie. You dog nuts are reading into the OP what you want to see there: Evil Dog Hater. [/quote]
