I am the PP and the above responses are confounding.  The salary posted online was incorrect -- I am not making it up.  And my DH is definitely not dumb.  I encourage these commenters to look in the mirror, to find out why you are so quick to criticize others.  My DH spent 20 years as a federal employee and worked very hard and was very mission-driven.  [/quote]
