PP don’t think castration is a cruel and unusual punishment for rape. You do. I don’t think it’s cruel and unusual but I also don’t think it’s appropriate for the same reasons I think the death penalty is inappropriate. (I can’t morally tolerate the possibility of mistakes in either case.)[/quote]
