It's not a neighborhood park in the way you think it is. Google maps has the walk to Dominion Hills park as .6mi/15min from the corner of Madison and Wilson. For houses further in the neighborhood they'll have to wind their way out unless they cut through their neighbors' yards to get over to Madison. It's zoned for Cardinal not Ashlawn and in the bus zone. Some families do walk but from even the lot closest to McKinley it will be over a mile to Cardinal. People will certainly buy them, but don't keep kidding yourself or trying to convince others that it's some amazing, walkable cluster of homes. [/quote]
