I lost 45 pounds, BMI <20, and I eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and snacks (probably 2000+ calories if I counted). People have different appetites and metabolic rates, folks! I've always been hungry frequently - I just switched to healthier foods and started exercising more to lose and maintain. DH and DS can easily eat once a day and "forget" to eat and this is very foreign to me. [/quote]
