Atlanta families are making the same calculation with respect to UGA that Northern Virginia families make about UVA - it's got great bang for the buck. Why go out of state when you have an excellent, affordable university in your state? [/quote]

Fair enough. I just thought it was selective, and hearing that 85% number suggested it's not. Would you be happy if your private school bragged about 100% college attendance rate, then you learned 60% of those went to community college?[/quote]

it's unethical for a private school to use community college attendance as college acceptances. Literally no private school parent is aiming for community college. Happy?[/quote]
