Advice on important topics—they can just call one of their contacts and get an answer easily
This. I married into money and this is the biggest one, tbh. Do my relatives get clothes pulled for them and sent in special? Sure. Their usual spots have their measurements and do initial alterations for free, too. Things get bundled together to make it seem like they are getting a great deal but they still pay for the clothes/bags/shoes. All you need to do is mention the area in which you're having a problem and someone will chime in with what you should do or who you should speak to. It's all very quid pro as well. Gary gives Tom legal advice. Tom gives Gary's sister, Anne, financial advice. Anne puts in a good word for Tom's wife, Claire, to get on the board of a charity she's interested in. Claire uses her new position to convince the charity to use Gary's wife's sister's struggling catering company for their next fundraiser.
+1 It's very circular. Plus writing off luxuries as business expenses or receiving them free through work or friends' work. Country club memberships, event tickets, expensive lunches and dinners, trips, etc. The wealthy always find ways to keep the financial benefits within their circles.
