[/quote] So, my daughter was hospitalized in 2019 with pneumonia for a few days, and I stayed with her. At night, the people who came to take vital signs had those little headlamps on them, and they managed to do what they needed to do without turning on the light in the room or waking her up. Otherwise, the lights were off the whole night. So, the nurses can, if they want to and think it's important, but apparently most of the time they don't. [/quote]
