Terrible!! Moms are not allowed to have any fun, everyone knows that.
I don't agree with that even though I know you were being sarcastic. But I also don't understand the need/desire/benefit of posting that stuff on social.
Posting that you snagged (or paid $1k) for the one of the most talked about events in your peer circle is honestly one of the most harmless uses of social media. Of course the people who post a lot AND are going to T.Swift are going to post about it. I'm going to Madonna in September. I don't post a ton, but occasionally through the year, mostly my kids. I will most likely put up a group picture of me and my friends (40-50 aged) dressed up like some version of 80s Madonna even though 1/2 of us are frumpy moms now. Why? Because it's fun!!!
As well you should - that will be an amazing show. Also, social media is a way to store your own memories and photos. Most of us aren't keeping diaries or anything like that - we remember what we did, who we were with, how we felt at any given time, by looking back over the photos we shared of our lives. I hope every person posting a photo of themselves at a TS concert will get to look back at those photos many times in years to come, and feel happiness whenever they do.
