[/quote] I can give you several other examples given the same sentence. I had a young relative killed by a drunk driver on a Monday morning as he drove to work. The girl who hit him was an adult and had been partying all weekend and was sent on a beer run early in the morning. He was killed instantly and it was a horrific crash that took place during the morning rush. It was amazing that more cars were not involved. She never acted contrite. She spent less than a year in jail. This is in a very, very red area with a very right wing prosecutor. I follow a lot of these cases and this is a typical sentence. [/quote]
