1. It is 4% of COMMUTERS. So more like less than 10,000 people and likely substantially lower.

There are a lot of people who wouldn't be considered "commuters" who would use the bike lanes to bike from one neighborhood to another to shop, eat, etc. Those are not factored into the 4% commuter figure the anti's keep falsely citing.[/quote]

It is always the trope - take the bus that I won't support more money for so the headways are more frequent. Ride your bike miles out f the way to go to the shops you want to support so I can drive MY car in a straight line.[/quote]
