Consider for a moment that if you're tired of hearing people cite race and gender as possible reasons for unfair treatment, that it's happening an awful lot.

And that if it's happening so often that you're tired of hearing it, maybe just maybe they're right? That maybe people of color and women get shafted too often for it to just be coincidence?
