1 rejection
6 phone screens: 1 ghost,  5 that resulted in first interview.
Job 1: Interview with Director, technical exercise, interview with technical lead each at about a week interval, and offer today (4/4). He timed it so that he'll get full severance package from his company for staying through 5/1 and start his new job a week later. Small pay decrease, but the work and opportunity are exciting to him and he's grateful for how this has worked out.
Job 2-5: all had 1st interviews last week, some started with technical, some started with team/peer interview. He's not super enthusiastic about any of them, but once he tweaked his resume to look for a few new keywords, he was getting screening calls regularly.
