I was pointing out the prior post was, at best, someone (you?) pretending to have some sort of data or analysis to back up their perception of when racist incidents occur and what might prevent them, when in reality it is, at best, anectdata based on an experience or two, or at worst just completely random bloviating.[/quote]

In your opinion is very different than you have found.  Sorry, I had assumed your "use of language" comported with the normal definition of the words you used.  Now that you've clarified your own special meanings, it makes complete sense.[/quote]
