There is wide agreement on that. If you disagree, then look no further than the D.C. council’s extreme “criminal reform bill,” which was so radical, even Biden would not support it. And why? Everyone from Congress to President Biden recognizes those policies actually increase crime and lower quality of city life for everyone. It is time for a change. But change in D.C. is highly unlikely to happen with the current council and mayor in place.[/quote]
