However many trainers are previous athletes/dancers/competitors etc who got injured or no longer compete for whatever reason. So they aren't able to train like they used to. Doesn't mean they don't know what it takes to get fit. And besides, "achieving a physique" is mostly all diet anyway and most personal trainers aren't certified nutritionists. They can't control how much you eat. [/quote]
