Unfortunately, the OP set the tone for this thread his or herself by questioning why this person had a handicapped tag with no "obvious" reason.  Rather than inquiring why this could happen in a genuinely curious way, s/he asks WTF?  Apparently, if a handicap is not visible to him/her, it can't exist.  Many of us who are familiar with handicaps less obvious than a broken leg tried to tell her/him what some of those causes could be.

The question could have been handled in a more civilized way if the OP had shown any respect for the driver of the vehicle.  After OP's judgmental post, everything went down hill.
