Oh barf.  It’s just a lawyer in the military.  They are military which means they follow orders.  So whether he approved or didn’t approve of the Guantanamo actions, if you actually know JAG, you’d understand that they don’t get to pick and choose which military issues they litigate.  It’s a like a public defender.  Do you think they all actually approve of the activities of the murderers and rapists they defend?  No.  It’s a job. The marks of excellence are his acceptance to Harvard which over on the college board you are probably gushing about and praying your kid can go.  Harvard is always such a mark of excellence except when DeSantis and Cruz have it on their resumes. Then it is shunted aside.  Meanwhile Biden actually committed perjury in law school…[/quote]

This doesn’t make sense. He was there as a military official carrying out orders of his superiors.  That is a fact.  Random military cannot just walk in and torture prisoners.  I do not question his personal involvement.  A commander of a ship is personally involved in that ship but he is still required to follow orders.  You have clearly never participated in a military organization.  For crying out loud, shooting people or blowing up buildings in a tank is personal involvement but also following orders.
