Sure, yeah - wink away. He was well liked as VP! Also part of why he was picked was because he wasn't going to run for president, and there was a space of time between when he was VP and when he next ran for president. Obama had his reasons for not endorsing - I don't think one of them was that Biden wasn't well liked as VP.

He just was! He was Uncle Joe. Maybe you weren't in the US during those 8 years and you missed it. I was a reporter during that period and remember it well.[/quote]
