The Ivan Allen liberal arts college at GT has something like 10 majors, all B.S. degrees with math/science requirements. So if your kid “pivots” there, they’re not going to be a sociology major. That said, my student chose GT over UVA and is happy with the choice. GT’s co-op & internship programs for engineers are phenomenal. UVA isn’t comparable in that regard.[/quote]
