Agree. I can walk into an office (consultant) and within a day know who will get promoted and who won't. This is just be observing body language, how the person speaks, and how they carry themselves in general. Has nothing to do with intelligence.[/quote]

Sure, they basically morph into strict adherents of the 
corporate culture. If the big cheese is wearing an off-white shirt, they also do, etc. They start using the same cliches as the boss and they look like they are analyzing and seeing right through you to figure out how to manipulate and look good-think the Jared Kushner persona. They are ALWAYS political. Once worked at a place where how your wife and kids where dressed and acted at the company picnic was a key for future promotions.[/quote]
