It's chipotle. Sorry but anyone there has already given up on civilization. When you go to mcdonalds version of a Mexican restaurant youngive up the right to complain. About anything.
THANK YOU i'm the OP and this is exactly why we go to such places. mind you, i have a newborn, mastitis is fading away and i can feel thrush kicking in already, add a toddler to the game and DH is working from home taking conference calls 12 hours a day. he's around all day long and we can't make noise. he gets this little break and the last thing i'll do is to hand the kids to him and cook. while i'm sick we're eating out. sorry "patrons" we're on an assignment, far from friends and family so we're a team of 2. it's been working well so far, thanks. it's been fun and so rewarding.. that being said, yes we'll go t chipotle because my tot can eat without me having to force feed her - she loves their food - the place is noisy like a rave so the only person who heard her scream was this stupid guy sitting in the next table. if you want peace and quiet you go to barnes n noble or the library. you want silence for a meal at chipotle? BWAHAHA
Sorry but the world doesn't ACTUALLY revolve around YOU.
i know that, that's why i didn't obligate the guy to stay there. he was free to leave and get another table at any time.
No, see, the onus was on you to remove yourself from the situation since you were the one causing the scene and inconvenience and generally being discourteous to others.
did you miss the part where i explained that i was embarrassed and actually doing something to make my child stop? not eating or going home was not an option. sorry.
It is an option and you choose not to take it. Sorry you were not feeling well, but it doesn't excuse your poor choices.
with no food in the house? i don't know about you but not eating right there was NOT an option for ME. and since the world does not revolve around YOU either you're better learn to deal with adversity. not every place will only have pleasant people around, you know?
You could have gotten your meal to go. You could have gone to a drive thru instead. You could have ordered food on your way home. It could have been at your door when you got home. There are always other option. You chose poorly and deserved the stink eye. Please just get it through your head that people don't want to hear your kid scream. I have kids too, and I understand that. Why don't you?
