Often, or at least sometimes, it's not really the company leadership who chooses to value it and push it among their workforce; instead, it's the ladies in HR or the new DEI hire that the company made just to virtue signal to the masses. As you say, these companies are being performative only and most employees can just ride it out and wait for the hysteria to blow over.[/quote]
