In the first two years, Hardy students have the option of J-R, so maybe Macarthur will have room for a good chunk of OOB. Starting Year 3, Hardy students will only have Macarthur (or else Walls, private, etc) so likely very few lottery seats will be available. Were all Hardy students to move on to Macarthur, there would be no room for lottery.[/quote]
