Maybe it really was because I did evening weightlifting and had some fluid retention. I try to remind myself that if I were NOT dieting and exercising, my weight would be going up, so even when it's stalled out or plateauing, it's better than the alternative. My issue is that I feel like if I ate pretty much whatever I want, I'd be at 160. But even if I diet like crazy, its REALLY hard to get under 150. Hopefully I'll break that barrier and train my body to live closer to 140 than 150 this time. Fingers crossed.[/quote]
