I'd even switch up when you eat the fast food (obviously with the goal of cutting it out completely). If I eat fast food breakfast, I'm full for a long time and end up not eating lunch until later, which means no snacks at work. But if I eat fast food for dinner, there isn't a similar impact.[/quote]
