If the teacher didn't explain that the "IQ test" (heavy emphasis on the quotation marks) the students took isn't a reliable or valid measure of intelligence (and it sounds like she didn't, if OP's daughter came home talking about her "superior intelligence") then she is a crappy teacher who shouldn't be teaching AP Psychology.
