There are target metrics for the workouts, and you have to be able to show that you're meeting them by uploading screenshots. My kid swims but rarely used it for her workout, because practice didn't always keep her heart rate in the target zone long enough to meet the requirements. Plus she found swimming with an Apple Watch on to be uncomfortable.[/quote]
