Different rankings show UMD higher, while other rankings show NE higher. But, ITA.. visit both to see which one feels right for you. My DC was looking at a CS program up in one of the Boston area colleges, and during the cold snap this past weekend, I told him how cold it was in Boston, and DC said they might reconsider Boston. So, if the cold weather bothers your DC, maybe think about that, too. When it's that bitterly cold no one goes outside. It can get cold in DC area, too, but not as cold and not as long.[/quote]
