OP here 😊 thank you all for your replies! Sorry I should have specified that this was for a kid’s birthday. By “healthy” I meant minimal chemicals and cancerous agents like Red dye 3. As an example, this is the ingredient list for Safeway cakes…

Hey OP!  Would you consider using a local home / cottage food baker?  They typically only use real ingredients and bake fresh![/quote]
