I first took my daughter to Spa World when she was (a very tall) 6. One thing is that kids must be at least 48" to be able to stand in the bade pool, so that limits younger kids who may be less able to stay calm and well behaved. If your kid(s) like relaxing things like pedicures, they'll do fine. If they're high energy, then it's probably not going to be great for you or your kid.
there is a smaller pool right next to the bade pool that kids under 4 feet can go in. would forsure recommend they bring a bath tub boat toy or something to keep them busy in the wet room.
I've found the kid pool is often closed, and the hot tubs are mostly too hot for younger kids. It's a non-issue for me personally, but if I had a younger kid, I would recommend calling in advance to confirm the small pool is open that day.
