Then they go a diet very different from their normal to lose weight; usually significantly less calories and low carb. Then over the next several months the weight comes off. They are thrilled. Then their default way of eating slowly returns and 5 lbs added turns Into 10 and so on. The sweet spot is finding diet that is both heathy and nutritious and that you actually like and can implement forever. [/quote]
