Are there two NL '26 girl teams? I see one is 26-27 and one just 26 on the US Club Lacrosse site. Which one is the A team?
Good for NL that they happened to have a large turnout for one 26 and a combo team. Let’s be honest NL is the perfect HS program for the average player whose HS team is just ok and they want to play in 2 tournaments a year to sort of play a little extra outside of HS. If you are a rock star and your HS team is just okay u r not playing at NL unless who don’t care about lacrosse, and all of that is fine, just have to know your DD.
This is 100% accurate. NL has no recruiting on the girls side. They have zero recruits. None. So anyone who is even thinking about playing in college leaves in MS. The girls who stay are just looking to keep a stick in their hand and maybe stay on a HS team (depending on where they got to HS). No college coach is going to watch a Next Level HS game. They don't play in any of the IWLCA tourneys. It's crazy the difference between the boys and the girls side of the club.
