When my dad was going through a terminal illness, in and out of the hospital, I dropped weight so fast. I always had a round face, looked very young for my age. In the months after, my temples were hollowed out and my neck looked a mess. I was gaunt. I did bounce back without fillers or anything else. I gained the weight back. Now, I was already healthy weight/fit when I dropped those pounds. I'm not so sure someone dropping needed pounds is going to have a dramatic face change like that---unless the weight loss goes too far. [/quote]
