Healthy snacks help keep blood sugar on an even keel. MIL had a "no snack" rule. The same blathering about not needing snacks if you eat meals. So, dh and his brothers learned to stuff themselves at meal time because they knew they were not allowed anything until the next meal. Healthy snacks should be fine.[/quote]
