Therapy for whatever is going on. You may not know until you have an evaluation. In our case, our child as diagnosed with general anxiety disorder. We eventually went to a psych who diagnosed DS with anxiety and depression caused by unaddressed ADHD (as noted in my previous pose, the school denied DS services to address his ADHD because he had gotten into trouble).
