It’s free.  If they refuse virtual that’s on the child and you need to tell them to grow up and use it or you or they can pay for in person.  Seems to work just fine for the rest of us.  [/quote]

My friend tried to set up a session multiple times (Feb 2022-Jun 2022) and couldn't.

I tried to set up a session more recently (Fall 2022) and was able to do that after waiting some time.  The first session was so so so bad.  Nothing I want my child to spend time on even though it is for free. I profusely apologized to my child that she had to sit through that.

I am happy for the people who were able to set up a session and got lucky with a good tutor.  I've only heard negative experience from other parents I know.  So it sounds strange to me when somebody talks about it as if this is something so wonderful.
