Isn’t the point of college… getting a job? If I’m working with (and making similar salaries as) people from prestigious universities, then what’s the point of this conversation? Ultimately, so many of us end up in the same fields, with the same titles, doing similar work. I spend very little time worrying about where my colleagues went to college.
