[/quote] I doo think if it's just the chest, there are certain styles of dress that are more accommodating so you don't have to adjust size so much. You really have to hunt, but I've found cross-over necklines, halters, and smocking that allows me to buy a smaller size dress that still works with my chest, and maybe avoid having to do a major overhaul at the seamstress. I find formalwear to pose the biggest challenge because most of the styles that are easier to work with are also more casual. This is why women with larger chests always wind up in strapless wedding and bridesmaid gowns. Annoying, as this is not really the most flattering style for a large test.[/quote]
