I just doctor slices with whatever I have in house and put them under broiler- drizzle a little olive oil, sautéed spinach or mustard greens, leftover roasted vegetables, marinated artichokes or olives, finish with Parmesan. My husband eats it as is- plain pepperoni. Sometimes I will top with a field greens salad a la California Pizza Company.[/quote]
