There is almost zero chance you will be able to identify some random stranger who might live miles away from your home just because your ring camera showed them riding by on a bike and smashing your car window. Like, no chance at all. Police will absolutely not care. They’ll give you a CCN number and tell you to file an insurance claim. [/quote]
