Her overwhelming guilt wouldn't allow her to leave with her parents and abandon Henry.  I imagine she would be detainedby the FBI, interrogated and released. However, she's unlikely to be charged with any crimes. She will likely wind up working for a non-profit out of the country after Henry adjusts to life with his "new" father.[/quote]
