She is standing back making her complaint -- Your phone was not plugged in. Then he says, shut up b/tch. Then she repeats her complaint. THEN she moves forward to say, "You are the crazy one. Take your medication." and repeats her complaint.

I’m a white woman. It sounds like she wanted to use his phone charger because her phone was running out of battery power and she went off on him about it.
