This isn't even a criticism - but I think it's extraordinary unlikely that anyone at BASIS is looking at the numbers and predicting that they are going to have excess capacity. DCPS is only going one direction as far as de-emphasizing tracking and randomizing admissions to selective high schools and there are more UMC kids in EOTP neighborhoods. [/quote]
