It's a travesty it's been used on the individual level. I personally think Body Fat Percentage should be the metric, but that's not done easily on an online calculator. FWIW I went from 5'5 and 110 lbs to same height and 125 and look thinner and more lean than ever. 28% body fat down to 18. [/quote]
