OK, your opinion does not seem to be widely shared.  Many people would really like to live in AU Park.  Plus, it's closer than Cleveland Park to all of the amenities of Bethesda (athletic facilities, trails, shopping).[/quote]

No, you should be crying.  I was nearing a lifetime stretch of AU Park mediocrity and, while sitting amongst a crew of completely insufferable people at Turtle Park got the motivation to go for far better.  15 years later, I live the dream.  Great home, kids in best private, a beach house and a mountain house AND no AU Park mids in my midst! If you are smart enough to consider AU Park, you are also probably able to make it big.  Drop the lawyer route, the gov spot and think like an entrepreneur.  Fight the fight for something worthwhile rather than being some realtors latest victim and a life of blah!  [/quote]
