This is why Youngkin will be more successful if he runs for President than Hogan. He has already won the support of the evangelical right with all the school stuff, which means that he doesn’t need to be a consistent fire breather on campaign trail. You will once again see both right-wing Glenn and moderate, suburban Glenn. He can also claim to govern a “Purple state” so he knows how to do bipartisanship, which the media loves. This guy is going far.
