OP, go visit the purseforum on your question. As a Pp said, these are not your people. I long considered the Love to be basic (though I never walked around the internet saying that), until I tried one on on a whim several years back. You see, I was planning to get the Juste un Clou to be different but didn’t like how very thick the bracelet was.

Anyway, I really liked it. It suddenly made sense why it’s so popular. It’s a really classic design that goes with everything. I now wear 2 (a classic and a small) and am very happy with them. As a PP, said, they’ve been around forever - since the 60s. I would compare them to the Chanel classic flap. They had a real resurgence in the last decade, but have staying power, so I wouldn’t be particularly considered with them being dated.

Finally, get it because YOU want it, not to follow the crowd. I got mine in spite of the fact that some people find them “basic”. I’m sure some people see them and judge me. I don’t care. In fact, to me, that’s true confidence because I bought them for me and me alone. Good luck. [/quote]
