Not comparable.....OUR PUBLIC SCHOOLS ARE BETTER THAN DC AND MARYLAND. Our kids are performing two grades higher as tested compared to kids in DC and Maryland.  We have dedicated teachers.  Our schools stayed open throughout covid (except for about 6 weeks closed at the start).
