They have weak, almost nonexistent leadership. They continually skirt the rules. For being "leaders" of Montgomery County, one of the most educated counties in the nation, they sure do make sophomoric, facile policy. And we are all suffering for it. In other words, the term limits are too long, and we'd be in better shape if we voted at least some out and more competent people in.[/quote]
